"ADY Express" Increases Transportation of Liquefied Gas

During a period of changing logistical routes in the region, the subsidiary of "Azerbaijan Railways" CJSC, "ADY Express" LLC, maintains its leading positions in the field of railway transit freight transportation in Azerbaijan. This has become possible due to Azerbaijan's favorable geographical location and the improvement of railway infrastructure. International transportation routes passing through Azerbaijan are already recognized as a fast and efficient way in the system of transit transportation.

Currently, among the transit cargoes transported through Azerbaijan by rail, goods from Kazakhstan take the lead. In addition to other types of cargo, ADY Express has achieved an increase in transit transportation of liquefied natural gas.

The mentioned cargo passes through the northern part of the Caspian Sea, the territory of Russia, and is delivered to Azerbaijan, and then to Georgia and other countries. According to statistical data, since the beginning of this year, "ADY Express" has actively transported liquefied natural gas from Kazakhstan, with a total volume of 141,958 tons. This figure is significantly higher than the previous year, exceeding the same period in 2022 by 70.7%.

Thanks to the implementation of innovations and initiatives in the field of transit transportation, "ADY Express" is strengthening its important role in the international system of transit transportation and continues to work towards achieving success in this area.
